Products and Orders
We sell physical products including pins and related accessories. Product images, colours, finishes, dimensions, packaging, and other visual details are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor variations may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, photography, materials, and handling.
All orders are subject to availability, acceptance, and verification. We may refuse, cancel, limit, or refund any order at our discretion, including where pricing, stock, artwork, shipping, suspected fraud, or legal compliance issues arise.
Custom Artwork and Customer Materials
If you provide artwork, logos, text, designs, images, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you own the relevant rights or have permission to use them. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights.

Product Use and Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether any product is suitable for your intended use, storage, application, recipient, and environment. Pins and accessories may contain sharp points, clasps, metal parts, coatings, or small components and should be handled with appropriate care.
Products must be used only for their ordinary intended purpose and in a safe and lawful manner. Products are not toys and are not intended for unsupervised use by children. We are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, allergic reaction, misuse, modification, neglect, improper storage, improper attachment, third-party handling, or use contrary to any instructions, warnings, or common-sense safety precautions.
Pricing, Payment, Shipping, and Returns
Prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before an order is dispatched unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays, customs delays, failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information, force majeure events, or other causes outside our reasonable control.
