Description

Keep material flat and reduce underside flashback in one step. These Anti-Flashback Hold Down Pins are designed and manufactured in-house and printed in PETG for strength and durability.

Pin Size
Choose the pin diameter that matches your honeycomb cell size. If you need a size not listed, contact us for a custom order.

If you are unsure what size to order, cut a small triangle from scrap, insert it into a honeycomb cell, mark the top of the bed, and measure across the cut piece. That measurement is your cell size.

Grip Size
For best hold-down performance, match the grip to your material thickness.

• 5mm grip: typically best for 1/4″ material
• 3mm grip: typically best for 1/8″ material

Profile: Regular vs Low Profile

• Regular profile: recommended for most CO2 laser setups.
• Low profile: recommended for diode setups that focus with a short spacer (for example around 2mm), where extra nozzle clearance helps.
